About the Piece
Poppy Punk draws inspiration from 1980s animes like Akira. The piece is about attitude, a fighting spirit, and being prepared for whatever may come your way. The piece was painted using spray paint, acrylic paint, POSCA, and a thin layer of oil paint to make those colours pop.
