About the Piece
Be Happy was originally painted on wood with oil. Prints are on high quality artist matte paper.
Be Happy uses the landscape of an eye to create an impressionistic look which imitates a fisheye view of the sky, framed within the landscape itself. The pupil of the eye representing the sun. This meshing of ideas were intentional in order to create this idea of something always watching.
