Intellectual Property Notice 

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of the artist Devon Regular, including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media does not breach this clause.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you don’t love your artwork, you have seven days from receipt of art piece to issue a refund. Refunds must be undamaged and in its original packaging to be eligible for refund. Return shipping costs are incurred by the customer.

If you receive your artwork damaged, immediately document the damages and provide all relevant information to Regular Studio. Regular Studio will then work with you to get you a replacement or refund.

What instances can I NOT issue a refund?

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Shipment is calculated based on the shipment destination, weight, and dimensions of the product.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched.
